Twelve days of Christmas Still No Information

It was December 11, 2024, that Austinites and those visiting Austin had a nightmare experience or should we say lack of information. Why, you ask, because rail operations ceased to exist part of the day with no information. A complete meltdown in communication and service left many wondering where the train was and why it is late but no avail. Later that day a sporadic schedule came to life and a little too late.

Communication and follow-up on transportation includes that of the airport. Whether it be letters written or emails not returned this is the new normal. Is this what we have coming in 2025 a lack of respect and communication? For those in Austin and those who travel love to be informed and be on the nice list of replied mail. People matter and we care. The question is where the CEO of the airport regarding earlier responses this year? Also, still no one answers the question as to how they are charging 40 percent or more on flight tickets. Recently in Atlanta asked an airline representative and the answer was because the airline can do whatever it likes. There needs to be an end to gouging and doing as they please without answers. Could this be a new era for 2025 and the future?
