Earlier in the day there was a lot going on with the weather and the continued meltdown of operations at Newark Airport. From the Midwest and parts of Texas we were getting hammered with storms. Flight operations endured major delays and cancellations.
At least in North America that’s the US and Canada can fly without fear of being shot down. International commercial airspace ended in madness. Due to ongoing attacks between Russia and Ukraine, all Ukrainian airlines have relocated out of the country. Moscow and parts of Russia they still fly commercial flights when they can. Although many aircraft are sidelined because of sanctions against Airbus and Boeing aircraft with Russia.
Sudan has seen violence and bombings from the port to the airport. Mid-April we all thought that Sudan civil war was almost over. There stories coming out that the old Sudan airport can maybe recover. No all aircraft are destroyed and infrastructure blown away. Last weekend the Houthis from Yemen dropped a bomb right next to the Tel Aviv airport. Today May 6 Israel retaliate but tenfold by multiple missiles even blown up at least three commercial aircraft from Airbus. The airline Yemenia Airways had at least two Airbus A320 aircraft and its only Airbus A330 hit by missiles. In addition to the complete inhalation at Saadah Airport

May 6 madness continues as India started firing missiles into Pakistan. At the time there were at least six commercial aircraft flying commercial flights In the Pakistan airspace. No warning flights SVA738. SVA726, ABY548, ABY562, QTR7F, and QTR632.
Everyone knows conflicts are inevitable, but we have NEVER to this day seen commercial aviation threatened like it has today. Airlines, aircraft manufacturers, leasing agencies, and insurance companies must evaluate the safety of commercial flights carefully. Never has commercial flight ever been threatened at this magnitude in the history of aviation. It needs to stop NOW.
