Summer 2024 a major shift in the way some airlines of ultra-low cost move forward. Is it desperation or destined for departure?

By the time 2025 comes in a short time as of now Southwest will be ruined by investment company fighting for control. Spirit Airlines will be in more dept. Frontier airlines’ revenue will be lower than expected. Allegiant will finally get its first Boeing 737 max which is way behind its expansion plan.

All this and the end of bare fares as Spirit Airlines want to change but the reputation and from engine shortage to failed merger with JetBlue may be the end of budget airlines. There are so many things that summer of 2024 that leads to the departure of all the budget airlines original plans from ten years ago.

Last but not least airport costs like those of Austin Airport will be higher for two major airlines Frontier and Allegiant due to the departure of the South Terminal. A lack of communication also by certain leaders and other parties from us does not help,
