Presidents Day February 15, 2021 we are experiencing an unprecedented winter system named Uri. This winter storm is making history and we reported it as it started. Living in Texas you can expect 110 and 115 degrees in the summer. You do not expect only 11 degrees and with snow and ice closing an airport like Austin or both of Houston’s airports. Well, it happened, and Fire and Aviation TV provides this essential service to you. In addition. Baton Rouge, Lafayette Regional Airport, and Jackson – Medgar Wiley Evers International airport also closed as the day continued. One afternoon closure added San Antonio International airport. We reported this and kept you up to date.
There are many companies including financial institutions off today, but Fire and Aviation tv delivers you coverage of this Historical winter freeze that many will remember for years to come. We are moving forward and will voice our opinion as today far too many are trying to suppress the smaller companies during these unprecedented times.
Air Canada recently allowed to acquire Air Transat even though they seriously have a shortfall in operating cash. Many Canadians still cannot get refunds as the airline clearly took the money but cannot payback. WestJet said if this happened Air Canada will raise fares and the airline did not deny that fact. Air Canada is desperately asking for government money to stay afloat even after they recently stopped flying Air Canada Rouge the low coast version of the airline. Aside from that they have cut essential services from airports like Gander International Airport. That was the last commercial flight out of Gander now costing the community hundreds of jobs. This community depends largely of the airport to survive yet the airline dropped the route. Anyone helping Porter Airlines or Flair Airlines. The answer is no, they are taking care of their own. These are some of the facts and its our opinion that there should not have been any chance of Air Transat to be Acquired by Air Canada.
Fire and Aviation stands up for the smaller airlines even big ones too. Same goes for Fire Departments and those who are here to serve and protect your community. We stand by certain fire or aviation unions that stand up for their members. We will in time given the opportunity expand into other areas where we hope to give others the opportunity for future work. It’s time to unite together and bring future business. To protect those who serve including the military and the space force.
